A few companies have popped up recently to help tenants and landlords avoid the hassle of paying or collecting rental deposits. And of course once a the tenant moves on, the landlord needs to ensure the tenant gets the correct portion of their deposit back. Recently on The Real Estate Innovators Podcast, host Ryan Cox interviewed the founder and CEO of Obligo, Omri Dor. During this episode Omri breaks down his case as to why the current system is outdated and unnecessary and how Obligo is creating a system that provides just as much protection, but reduces the friction.
